Driving With Safety and Respect (DWSR) was founded by Jim Thienes, who is an active law enforcement officer and licensed driving instructor. Jim developed this class after seeing a critical need in the justice system to offer an option for offenders that may make our roads safer. Jim believes re-education is a better goal than mere punishment. Presenting critical driving safety information, in a professional and effective manner, is the primary objective of DWSR.
